Stage I squamous lung cancer will not become smaller by taking traditional Chinese medicine. Surgery is the main treatment for stage I squamous lung cancer. At present, no traditional Chinese medicine is found to have therapeutic effect on squamous lung cancer, and the relevant treatment guidelines do not recommend traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Stage I squamous lung cancer is an early stage lung cancer without lymph node and distant organ metastasis, thus the possibility of cure is very high. If there is no contraindication to surgery, the current clinical guidelines recommend radical surgical resection + lymph node dissection, and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy is not required. Currently, minimally invasive thoracoscopic or even robotic-assisted surgery is often adopted in clinical practice, which has the advantages of less trauma, fewer complications and faster recovery. For patients who have contraindications to surgery and are not suitable for surgical treatment, clinical guidelines recommend radical radiotherapy, such as stereotactic radiotherapy, etc., and do not need adjuvant chemotherapy. Patients with stage I squamous lung cancer are recommended to go to the hospital as early as possible and receive scientific and reasonable treatment under the guidance of professional doctors, and it is not recommended to easily believe in certain claims without scientific basis in order to avoid delaying the condition.
