Pubic sores are characterized by lumps of redness and swelling on the vulva, ulceration into sores, yellow water dripping, localized swelling and pain, and even ulcers like insect erosion. Its treatment method is mainly to identify the symptoms and use Chinese medicine, which is divided into heat and toxicity, cold and dampness. 1. Heat-toxicity syndrome: manifested as localized bright red swelling of the vulva, ulceration and erosion, burning, pus dripping, accompanied by heartburn and dry mouth, constipation, short and red urine (small amount of urine, dark yellow color), red tongue, yellow and greasy moss, and slippery pulse. It can be treated with Longdian Diarrhea Liver Tang. 2. Cold-dampness syndrome: manifested as swollen and ulcerated skin in the pubic area, hard to touch, grayish in color, pain, accompanied by lack of spirit, pale face, fear of cold and cold limbs (fear of cold, cold limbs), fatigue (mental fatigue, physical fatigue), pale tongue, white greasy moss, slow pulse. Treatment is Yang He Tang plus Shang Tori Disinfecting Powder. If suffering from yin sores, one should consult the clinician and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment, and the medication should be taken under medical supervision.
