For incomplete submucosal fibroids, patients need hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy together; because hysteroscopy requires laparoscopic monitoring to avoid perforation of the uterus and damage to the patient’s pelvic organs, the cost for this case is usually higher, around 18,000 RMB, because it includes two surgical methods and two instruments. Laparoscopic surgery is mainly indicated for subplasmic fibroids or myometrium but protruding to the subplasma and costs about 15,000 RMB.
