How to exercise loose muscles on the body

Exercise for patients with muscle laxity is mainly based on moderate aerobic exercise as well as rehabilitation exercises.
Muscle relaxation is usually caused by physiological factors such as protein deficiency, aging, and loss of subcutaneous fat, as well as pathologic factors such as prolonged bed rest and neurological abnormalities. Patients with muscle relaxation caused by physiologic factors can slow down the relaxation rate by supplementing high quality protein and exercising. Patients with muscle atrophy caused by prolonged bed rest can promote functional recovery through rehabilitation exercises.
1. Moderate aerobic exercise: common exercises such as running, aerobics, swimming and so on. It can effectively improve patients’ cardiopulmonary function and muscle strength, and to a certain extent can relieve muscle relaxation.
2. Rehabilitation exercises: mainly for patients with muscle atrophy. Early passive training, such as massage, etc., when the patient’s muscle strength recovery to a certain extent can be active training, such as aerobic training, local muscle training.
It is recommended that patients under the guidance of a professional doctor for treatment, do not blindly exercise on their own to avoid adverse consequences.
