CD20 positivity refers to the discovery of B lymphocytes with specific molecular markers.
CD stands for a cluster of cells in medicine and is short for cell surface differentiation antigen, while CD20 positivity is only found in various B-cell lymphomas, other types of lymphocytes generally do not have CD20, and patients with CD20-positive lymphomas can be treated with targeted drugs.
B-lymphomas that are often CD20-positive when immunohistochemistry is performed include follicular lymphoma, small cell lymphoma, condyloma, and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. In this case, the targeted drug rituximab can be used for treatment, and the efficiency of the disease can be significantly improved.
