What are the diagnostic criteria for prostatitis?

A lot of people who are concerned about prostatitis ask me what are the symptoms of prostatitis. The actual fact is that you will be able to get a lot more than just a few of the most popular and popular items. In fact, the symptoms of prostatitis are very complicated, summarized in these aspects: 1, pain symptoms: can appear lower abdomen, perineum, testicles, lumbar sacral swelling pain. 2, urinary symptoms: can appear urinary frequency, urinary urgency, urinary pain, urinary difficulties, incomplete urination, urethral itching, urethral dripping white and other symptoms. 3.Symptoms of diminished sexual function: impotence, premature ejaculation, seminal emission, hematemesis and infertility can occur. 4, mental symptoms: many people have neurasthenia performance, such as poor spirit, poor memory, inattention, dreaminess, insomnia. 5. Systemic symptoms: Some people may experience chills and high fever. These symptoms are not likely to show up in every prostatitis patient, and experienced doctors can make some preliminary judgments based on this, but never make a diagnosis. This is because these symptoms are just a manifestation of the prostatitis syndrome. Prostatitis is further divided into acute bacterial prostatitis, chronic bacterial prostatitis, non-bacterial prostatitis and prostate pain depending on the cause, and only some necessary tests can distinguish these different prostatitis from each other. Generally speaking, acute bacterial prostatitis has an acute onset with the above mentioned systemic and urinary symptoms, high blood leukocytes, pus cells in the urine, enlarged prostate and tenderness. The symptoms of chronic bacterial prostatitis, non-bacterial prostatitis and prostate pain are closer, more or less, mild or severe with the above mentioned pain symptoms, urinary symptoms, sexual decompensation symptoms and mental symptoms, only by taking the prostate fluid for routine analysis, bacterial culture, fungal culture, mycoplasma culture or PCR test can they be distinguished. If there are both bacteria and white blood cells in the prostate fluid, it is chronic bacterial prostatitis, if there are no bacteria and only white blood cells in the prostate fluid, it is non-bacterial prostatitis, if there are neither bacteria nor white blood cells in the prostate fluid, it is prostate pain. It is important to note that prostate pain is also one of the syndromes of prostatitis and is simply due to prostate congestion and bruising. Do not mistake white blood cells in the prostate fluid as the only sign of prostatitis. The actual fact is that you will find a lot of people who are not able to get a good deal on a lot of things. I think this is a misconception that has to do with the deceptive propaganda of many wandering doctors that keep patients from falling into prostatitis.
