The following are our home training guidelines based on the specific circumstances of the patient.  1.Breathing training: (1) Sitting posture: If the patient can sit steadily, the trunk should be straight, shoulders level, and head in a neutral position.  (2) Mouth and nose breathing separation training: inhale smoothly from the nose, then exhale slowly from the mouth.  (3) Breathing control training: blowing air/blowing windmill/blowing soap bubble/blowing whistle, etc.; (4) Longest pronunciation: pronounce ‘a’ continuously, 10-20 times/time, 2-3 times/day.  2, composition improvement training: (1) training of lips and tongue: pouting, grinning, lip smacking, clamping tongue depressor, (forcefully closing and pulling out tongue depressor, resisting force with lips), sucking (mouth holding a straw, closing the other end, making sucking action) forward extension of tongue, retraction, up and down and left and right lateral movement, (lifting up with tongue tip raised to the back of incisors and curling backward against hard palate). Use small pieces of seaweed or juice powder placed around the lips and in the mouth to induce lip and tongue movements, 10-20 pieces/time, 2-3 times/day.  (2) Jaw training: maximum mouth opening, jaw movement to the left and right, exaggerated chewing movements, exaggerated opening to say “yah”.  (3) Facial muscle training: cheek puffing, or blowing water in a cup with a straw until bubbles are blown.  (4) Push and support method: cross your hands in front of your chest and push hard, while pronouncing ‘ka’ or ‘a’ sound. Or press the wall or table while vocalizing, upper limb dysfunction can be family-assisted: family members will place the palm of the hand behind the patient’s head, the patient’s head forcefully against its hand and pronounce “ah” at the same time.  3. Sensory promotion training: (1) Draw small circles with fingers on the top of the cheek muscles, extending to the chin. Use fingertips to do spiral massage on and around the lips. 10-20 times / time, 2-3 times / day.  (2) Use acidic juice powder placed on the cheek and tongue inside the mouth, and lightly brush the tongue and cheek inside the mouth with a dental glue stick.  4.Love to play is the nature of children, should be taught in play, play to learn, let children take the initiative to express their needs and ideas, more encouragement, praise.
