Is asthma exacerbation related to air pollution?

Air pollution includes indoor air pollution and outdoor air pollution, and since people, especially young children, spend most of their time indoors, indoor “air pollution” is a more important asthma triggering aggravating factor. Reduced convection of indoor air due to the relative isolation of the home, increased home renovation, diversification of chemical decorative materials, gas or natural gas combustion, and carpeting make indoor irritants increasingly important to asthma sufferers. Outdoor air pollution includes ambient air pollution caused by industrial fumes, photochemical fumes, automobile exhaust, pesticides, and pesticides, which mainly include SO2, CO, NO2, ozone, and atmospheric drifting particulate matter. Obviously, all these conditions can trigger or aggravate asthma.
