Enalapril maleate and amlodipine benzenesulfonate side effects

Enalapril maleate side effects include low blood pressure, irritating dry cough, and hyperkalemia, and amlodipine benzenesulfonate side effects include headache, edema, dizziness, and nausea. Enalapril maleate can lower blood pressure to treat heart failure, bilateral renal artery stenosis, pregnant women, and a history of allergies are prohibited. The starting dose of enalapril maleate is too high, which may lead to hypotension; it often produces dry cough after one week of use; and patients with renal insufficiency are prone to hyperkalemia. Amlodipine benzenesulfonate is sometimes associated with dizziness and nausea due to its antihypertensive effect. Taking antihypertensive drugs, must be taken under the guidance of a professional doctor, but also need to monitor blood pressure, regular hospital visits to clarify whether the need to adjust the drug.
