How to properly treat white pimples

White pimples may be related to certain skin diseases, common diseases such as cornu rashes, acne, folliculitis, etc., need to choose different treatments according to the cause of the disease, as follows:
1. Corns: white keratinous cysts mainly appear on the face, with a diameter of 1-4mm. corn rashes can subside on their own; they can also be extracted by using an acne presser or topical retinoic acid drugs such as retinoic acid cream and tazarotene gel as prescribed by the doctor; physical treatments such as electrodesiccation, laser ablation, etc., or chemical peeling, which can be used to destroy the lesion tissues and make them removed.

3. Folliculitis: often manifested as pustular herpes of hair follicles, yellowish-white in color, with arched tops of the blisters, mainly caused by bacterial infection. Patients should use antibiotic drugs externally under doctor’s guidance, such as mupirocin ointment, fusidic acid cream, etc.; if the condition is serious or accompanied by lymph node enlargement, can follow the doctor’s instructions for oral cefuroxime, doxycycline and other antibiotic drugs.
