Phytodystrophy does not necessarily lead to insomnia. Phytodystrophy and insomnia are two different symptoms. Insomnia is mainly manifested as difficulty in falling asleep, early awakening or poor sleep quality, while phytodystrophy is more often manifested as panic attacks, shortness of breath, arrhythmia, cold sweats, and in some cases, disorders of digestive system function. Plant nervous disorders and insomnia often appear together, especially in patients with anxiety disorders and depression, which are often accompanied by insomnia and plant nervous disorders, which are companion symptoms. If the primary disease is treated, some patients can improve both plant nerve dysfunction and insomnia, but plant nerve dysfunction does not cause insomnia.
