Can scoliosis be self-correcting without braces or surgery?

The first thing that is certain is that it is certainly not self-correcting without a brace and without surgery. If it is a self-correcting scoliosis, it is not a structural scoliosis, but a postural scoliosis. But this postural scoliosis is not a disease, it is just a postural abnormality that can be corrected by self-correction of the scoliosis. Patients can reduce the degree and speed of development of scoliosis through training, the most important of which is muscle training on the dorsal side of the spine. Others suffering from what is really a disease are structural scoliosis, scoliosis is also called scoliosis, scoliosis, and is often referred to by spine surgeons as scoliosis, which is the classically correct term. Whether it is mild scoliosis or more severe scoliosis, it is more difficult, but not impossible, to restore the scoliosis deformity to a straighter state through movement. Patients can reduce the degree and rate of development of scoliosis with training, the most important of which is muscle training on the dorsal side of the spine. Other patients require surgery, braces or casts to correct the problem.
