What is health? Perhaps each person will give a different answer. In terms of the current health concept, human health is the result of the interaction of physiological – psychological – social factors, but the overall overview includes both physical and psychological aspects, which are mutually influenced. A certain degree of physiological state of the organism is often accompanied by a corresponding psychological state. A person in excellent health tends to have a positive state of mind. Putting aside the above concept of health, the most important thing is how the individual grasps health. Doctors ultimately do not determine the health of their patients, as the saying goes: “The doctor above treats the person, the doctor below treats the disease. If a doctor can really raise a person’s “health score” from 60 to 90, he or she is the so-called “top doctor”! The “lower doctor” can only play tricks within the 0 – 60 points, at most, your “health degree score” from a failing grade to a passing grade. Therefore, in a sense, the individual himself is the best “doctor”. For an individual, health is first and foremost an attitude and a way of life. A healthy lifestyle determines a healthy body. Nurture the mind in the quiet, nourish the body in the movement; life in moderation, living sometimes; control the mouth, control the legs ……. These are talking about a healthy lifestyle, which I’m afraid no one knows about, but more importantly, it’s a matter of attitude. If you do not take these seriously, the health level will naturally decline until one day suddenly found to have failed.
