Most of the uterine fibroids in women have no obvious symptoms and are only found during physical examination. Some patients may have abnormal menstruation, lower abdominal mass, leucorrhea increase, pressure symptoms and so on.
1. Abnormal menstruation: after suffering from uterine fibroids, women are prone to increased menstrual flow, prolonged duration of menstruation, short intervals between menstruation, irregular vaginal bleeding during non-menstrual period and dysmenorrhea, and so on.
2. Lower abdominal mass: when the fibroid is small, no mass can be felt in the abdomen, but when the fibroid gradually increases so that the uterus exceeds the size of 3-month pregnancy, it can be touched from the abdomen.
3. Increased leukorrhea: there may be a lot of pus-like leukorrhea. If there is ulceration, necrosis or bleeding of the fibroid, there may be bloody or pus-blood vaginal fluid with bad smell.
4. Compression symptoms: uterine fibroids can cause frequent urination, difficulty in urination, urinary retention, constipation and other conditions.
Symptoms of uterine fibroids are related to the location, size and degeneration of fibroids, and patients may also have lower abdominal distension, lumbago and back pain, etc. If the above symptoms occur, it is recommended to seek medical treatment in time, improve relevant examination and targeted treatment.
