The right eye always jumps is generally the right eye blepharospasm; blepharospasm is roughly divided into physiological and pathological two categories; physiological blepharospasm is mostly caused by excessive use of the eyes, etc., and can be relieved after proper rest; pathological blepharospasm is caused by ocular diseases, neurological disorders, or facial muscular spasms.
1. Physiological blepharospasm: it is mostly caused by overuse of eyes, lack of sleep, mental stress, excessive stimulation of tobacco and alcohol. Generally, it can be rested and recovered, and can also be relieved by eye massage and hot compresses.
2. Pathological blepharospasm:
(1) eye diseases: such as refractive error, inverted eyelashes, conjunctivitis, keratitis and so on.
(2) Neurological diseases: intracranial tumors, inflammation, cysts and other compression of the facial nerve, causing blepharospasm.
(3) Facial muscle spasm: the adjacent anterior cerebellar artery, posterior cerebellar artery, vertebral artery, basilar artery, or thick venous vessels, compression of the facial nerve root.
