Decreased left ventricular diastolic compliance is considered to be related to physiologic factors, hypertension, ischemic cardiomyopathy, etc. It can be relieved by medication and surgery.
1. Physiologic factors: If the decrease in left ventricular diastolic compliance is due to age-related factors and is not accompanied by other organic pathologies, it usually does not require special intervention.
2. Hypertension: The decrease of left ventricular diastolic compliance may be caused by the increase of ventricular pressure load due to hypertension, which can be controlled by giving drugs such as enalapril maleate tablets, valsartan capsules, metoprolol tartrate tablets and so on to control the blood pressure and improve the cardiac function according to the prescription of the doctor.
3. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy: The decrease of left ventricular diastolic compliance may be caused by hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which can be treated with medicines such as metoprolol tartrate extended-release tablets and propranolol hydrochloride tablets as prescribed by the doctor, and the hypertrophied interventricular septum can be surgically removed if necessary.
If there is a decrease in left ventricular diastolic compliance, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time, under the guidance of the doctor, to avoid delaying the condition and causing other damages.
