How long after childbirth can touch cold water

  Under normal circumstances, you can touch cold water properly after one month after delivery, the specific time needs to be determined according to the individual recovery situation, can not be generalized.  In general, cold water refers to water at room temperature, if it is cold water below room temperature, no matter how long after delivery is not recommended to touch. Because the water temperature is too low may cause the body local cold, causing local joint pain and so on. If you touch the cold water within a month after delivery, or cold, etc., it may cause joint pain, leaving sequelae, generally called moon disease.  After giving birth, attention should be paid to minimize exposure to cold. When the ambient temperature is low, you must pay attention to keep warm and avoid being exposed to wind. If it is hot weather, you need to reduce the occurrence of sweating under the condition of proper warmth. Usually pay attention to rest, ensure sleep, nutritious diet, and keep personal cleanliness and hygiene.
