Is blood after urination cancer?

Blood wiping after urination may not necessarily be cancer, but urinary system diseases can also cause blood wiping after urination, such as urethral polyps, and possibly vaginal bleeding in female patients, which requires specific and concrete analysis. If it is determined that there is blood in the urinary tract after urination, it may be caused by urinary tract infection or stones. If it is accompanied by symptoms such as painful urination and frequent urination, it may be caused by inflammatory factors. For patients with painless hematuria, the possibility of urological tumor needs to be excluded. In the case of vaginal bleeding in women, there are more causes for its onset, such as ovulatory bleeding, inflammation, polyps, tumors, etc. Further examination is needed to exclude endometrial cancer and cervical cancer. Patients with blood in the wipe after urination are advised to consult the urology department of a regular hospital for urinary routine and ultrasound examinations to exclude urinary system diseases. If there is no abnormality in the examination, female patients can consult the gynecology department for routine leucorrhea, colposcopy and other examinations to rule out reproductive system diseases.
