Will toothache and swollen face heal on their own?

  A swollen face from a toothache will not heal on its own.  Usually toothache causes swollen face, mostly due to gum inflammation such as pericoronitis or periapical inflammation of wisdom teeth. Once the face swelling occurs, it means that the infected part has not only existed in the periodontium, but has caused interstitial infection in the adjacent tissues, especially when the bite muscle and submaxillary space are infected, the swelling will be more obvious. Therefore, the face swelling will not heal without treatment such as anti-inflammatory treatment.
