He Shou Wu has the effect of tonifying the liver and kidney, benefiting the essence and blood, and strengthening the tendons and bones, which can be used to treat blood deficiency and atrophy, dizziness and tinnitus, lumbar and knee soreness and weakness (lumbar and knee soreness and weakness), and numbness of the limbs, but because of the fact that the preparation of He Shou Wu is biased in the tonic and the astringent nature of the damp and phlegm congestion, it should not be used. 3. Chasteberry has the effect of nourishing the liver and kidney, clearing heat and brightening the eyes (removing heat from the body and promoting the restoration of eyesight), and is mainly used for treating lumbar and knee aches and pains, yin deficiency and internal heat, night sweating (sweating abnormally after falling asleep, and sweating stops after waking up), spermatorrhea, dizziness, darkness of the eyes and so on, the adverse effects of this medicine are not yet clear, but it is not recommended to use it in conjunction with alkaline medicines. 4. Cortex Eucommiae has the effect of tonifying the liver and kidney, strengthening the muscles and bones, and stabilizing the fetus; it is mainly used for treating lumbago and various kinds of lumbago due to kidney deficiency, fetal restlessness, and habitual abortion; it is contraindicated to be used in conjunction with the bark of the evil snake, Xuan Shen; it is not suitable to be used in combination with the hypotensive drugs, Lixepin and BP-lowering Spirit, as it may cause upright hypotension; it is not suitable to be used together with the sedative-hypnotic drugs, as it may increase the adverse reaction of drug dependence.
