Bad kidney in newborns is related to congenital nephrotic syndrome, neonatal renal vein thrombosis, neonatal acute renal failure, which may show proteinuria, hematuria, growth disorder, refusal to eat and vomiting, hypertension, heart failure and other manifestations. 1. Congenital nephrotic syndrome: most of the children have shown typical nephrotic syndrome 3 months after birth. The children have obvious proteinuria at birth, and microscopic hematuria is also common. Most children develop edema within 2 months of birth, and some have abdominal distension and fluid in the abdominal cavity. Some children may have delayed ossification, iron deficiency anemia and hypothyroidism. 2. Neonatal renal vein thrombosis: the clinical manifestation lacks specificity in the neonatal period, and is often concealed by the primary disease, and there are three main symptoms: abdominal pain, hematuria and nephromegaly, but abdominal pain is difficult to detect in the neonatal period. 3. Acute renal failure in neonates: refusal of food and vomiting, pallor, weak pulse, oliguria, anuria, edema, weight gain, convulsions, hypertension, cardiac failure, pulmonary edema, cerebral edema and so on. Newborns with the above symptoms should seek timely medical treatment, and give targeted treatment after the diagnosis is clear.
