Can allergic people be vaccinated?

At present, a large percentage of people in China have a history of allergies, and there is some concern as to whether some allergies have an effect on the vaccination of New Crown. People who are allergic to antibiotics can usually be vaccinated with the New Crown vaccine. This is because the main component of the current New Crown vaccine is inactivated New Crown virus (antigen), followed by various excipients, including sodium chloride, aluminum hydroxide, and sodium dihydrogen phosphate. The ingredients do not contain antibiotics, which are often referred to as penicillin and cephalosporin, so those whose health conditions meet the conditions for vaccination can be vaccinated. For people with allergic diseases, such as urticaria and eczema, it is recommended that vaccination be suspended if the disease is recurrent and severe, i.e., when the disease is in its attack phase. If there is only localized eczema on the body and the skin of the upper arm deltoid at the vaccination site is normal, the vaccination can be done normally. When there is an allergic condition, what kind of vaccination should not be given? The Technical Guideline for Vaccination with New Coronavirus (1st edition) states that vaccination is contraindicated when the following two types of allergies occur: 1. when there is an allergy to the active ingredients of the vaccine, any of the inactive ingredients, or substances used in the production process, or when there was an allergy during previous vaccinations of the same type of vaccine. 2. when there has been a serious allergic reaction to the vaccine in the past, such as laryngeal edema or anaphylaxis. The number of people who are truly allergic to vaccines is actually very small, and severe allergic reactions generally occur within 30 minutes after vaccination. Therefore, it is recommended to stay in the observation area for 30 minutes so that medical staff can deal with abnormalities in a timely manner.
