Practice the Eight Duan Jin with me

Ba Duan Jin is an excellent traditional Chinese health care technique. The Eight Duan Jin was formed in the 12th century and has been passed down through the generations to form many schools of practice and styles with distinctive features. The ancient people likened this set of movements to “jin”, meaning that the movements are as graceful and supple as brocade, and because the gongfu method consists of eight sections, each with one movement, it is called “Eight Duan Jin”. The whole set of movements is soft and continuous, smooth and fluent; there are loose and tight, both static and dynamic; the qi is smooth, the bones are correct and the tendons are soft.
