Common types of accumulation of food in babies

Many mothers may say, “Teacher, our child doesn’t eat much, why does he keep on accumulating food? Here I would like to tell you that there are two types of accumulation of food in children, one is called with accumulation and the other is called without accumulation. There are two types of accumulation: one is the accumulation of eating too much, which we call stomach accumulation. Gastric accumulation: this is the accumulation of food in the gastrointestinal tract. Such children generally have a thick, yellow tongue, bloated stomach, gas, dry stools, and a distended abdomen. As long as the child pulls, the condition of pent-up food will be better. Spleen accumulation: Children usually do not eat much, but because of the poor function of the spleen and stomach, the water and grain essence absorbed through food cannot be transmitted to the lungs through the spleen and transported to our five organs, including our skin and hair, but all accumulate in the middle jiao, forming a phlegm-damp body. We usually take the method of strengthening the spleen and helping to transport. The children nowadays are the babies raised by four or six of us, so we pay too much attention to the children who are careful and love to lose their temper, which can easily lead to the formation of gas accumulation. There is also a situation where food containing protein-based food and root food are more, which can easily lead to gas accumulation in children. Learning the typological identification of paediatric accumulation of food, mothers can carefully observe their children’s physique in ordinary life and deal with it in a timely manner, so that our children will be less sick, not sick, and grow up healthy and strong!
