Is it dangerous to have a high white blood cell count of 15?

A high white blood cell count of 15 is a white blood cell count of 15 x 10^9/L, which is not usually dangerous. The normal range for neonatal leukocytes is (15-20) x 10^9/L. When a leukocyte of 15 x 10^9/L occurs, it is within the normal range of values and is not a cause for concern. the normal range for leukocytes is (11-12) x 10^9/L for infants 6 months-2 years old and (4-10) x 10^9/L for adults. when leukocytes are elevated to 15 x 10^9/L, it is abnormal for people other than neonates, it is abnormal, but not usually dangerous. There are two main reasons for this condition, one is due to blood concentration, such as heavy sweating, frequent diarrhea, etc. The body loses a certain amount of water, causing the blood to become concentrated, which in turn leads to elevated white blood cells during the examination, which can usually be relieved by active rehydration. The other condition is caused by an infection, usually a bacterial infection, usually accompanied by elevated neutrophils, which should be actively investigated and treated with anti-inflammatory therapy. In general, a mild elevation of white blood cells can be observed in conjunction with the condition. When the white blood cells are more than 5 times the normal value, i.e. 100╳10^9/L, it indicates a serious infection, which is likely to cause infectious shock.
