First, the patient needs general anesthesia, and then a pneumoperitoneum is established through a pneumoperitoneum needle. 1-4 small incisions of about 1 cm are made in the abdomen and laparoscopic instruments are placed. Through the electronic detector of the laparoscope, the shape, characteristics and location of the common bile duct, and the presence of exudate around it are observed, and then the common bile duct stones as well as the diseased gallbladder are removed through the choledochoscope. Finally, hemostasis, suturing and removal of gas from the abdominal cavity are performed. Within one month after surgery, we should pay attention to eating as light as possible, strengthening nutrition, and eating more foods rich in vitamins and dietary fiber.
