Swollen right axillary lymph nodes usually include right-sided mastitis, folliculitis, breast cancer, inflammatory breast cancer and other causes, as follows: 1. right-sided mastitis: breastfeeding women usually consider right-sided mastitis, and breast abscess usually leads to swollen right-sided lymph nodes; 2. folliculitis: infection of right-sided axillary hair follicles also leads to swollen right-sided axillary lymph nodes; 3. breast cancer: breast cancer metastasizes to the ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes. The ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes can be detected by ultrasound and palpation; 4. Inflammatory breast cancer: Inflammatory breast cancer during lactation is more malignant and will rapidly make the axillary lymph nodes swell. For inflammatory lesions, anti-inflammatory symptomatic treatment can be carried out. If treatment does not work, vigilance should be raised and breast ultrasound examination is needed, and the right lymph node should be examined even more, and even chest CT examination should be done.
