This exercise method has a better effect on both posterior semicircular canal and horizontal canal type otolithiasis, and also has the characteristics of simple operation, economy and convenience, which is a kind of active vestibular balance rehabilitation training method.
Specific training content is to sit upright on the edge of the bed, legs naturally down, arms placed at random, quickly to the right side of the lateral lying, face to the opposite side of the anterior and superior to turn 45 degrees, to be after the disappearance of vertigo 30 seconds to sit up, if there is no feeling of vertigo, then rest for 30 seconds to sit up. After that, lie down quickly to the left side, turn your face 45 degrees to the opposite side, sit up after 30 seconds, and alternate between the two sides.
The exercise is performed 2~3 times a day, adjusted appropriately according to the specific symptoms and tolerance and other individual circumstances, each set of movements repeated about 10 times.
