Hepatitis B negative means that all the five indicators of hepatitis B are negative, indicating that you have not been infected with the hepatitis B virus. Hepatitis B five indicators are serologic markers for detecting Hepatitis B virus in the blood, including Hepatitis B surface antigen, Hepatitis B surface antibody, Hepatitis B E antigen, Hepatitis B E antibody and Hepatitis B core antibody, which mainly reflect whether you have been infected with the Hepatitis B virus, and whether you have protective antibodies or not. If all the five indicators of Hepatitis B are negative, then it indicates that there is no protective antibody and you need to go for Hepatitis B vaccination. Hepatitis B vaccine needs to be injected once at 0, 1 and 6 months, and after vaccination, hepatitis B surface antibody will be produced, so it will be immune to hepatitis B virus and will not be easy to be infected with hepatitis B.
