Causes of subarachnoid hemorrhage

Patient: Doctor: My mother was admitted to the hospital on July 19, and on the 21st an angiogram was performed at the hospital that did not reveal an aneurysm, and the doctor recommended conservative treatment. Three weeks later, her condition improved and she was able to talk and eat. However, on August 10 at 5:20 a.m., she fell into a coma again. In the afternoon, she had a CT scan and found another hemorrhage on the film, which had entered the ventricles of the brain and increased the amount of fluid in the brain. After the surgery, she had difficulty breathing and her pulse rate dropped to 68, so she was transferred to the intensive care unit and put on a ventilator. 36 hours later, the doctor told her that the patient had come to her senses a little, and at 17:00 on August 11, the ventilator was removed and she was observed to be stable last night. Now I want to know what is the next step for my mother now? Now the doctor only said that he suspected an aneurysm but did not confirm the diagnosis. The patient’s blood pressure should be controlled according to the doctor’s advice, especially to prevent constipation (so as not to introduce elevated blood pressure during defecation).
