Currently in clinical practice Chinese medicine for myocardial ischemia, especially in Western medical theory, is not actually more widely accepted. There are some drugs that are also being applied by Western medicine, but these drugs are not used as mainstream medications. For example, Qishen Yiqi Drops, Compound Danshin Drops, Guanxin Danshin Drops, Xinyue Capsules, and Zhenyuan Capsules, all of these drugs actually help improve myocardial ischemia in patients. If the patient has acute myocardial ischemia, it is not recommended to use these drugs as the mainstream to improve the condition. Relatively speaking, these drugs are more suitable for chronic myocardial ischemia, or myocardial ischemia caused by disorders of phytocardial regulation, or cardiac neurosis, and the effect is quite good. However, if the patient has acute myocardial ischemia, such as acute coronary syndrome, or a serious myocardial infarction, coronary intervention should be chosen, which is safer and more secure.
