Full mouth immediate fixation restoration

In the past, full-mouth tooth loss was mainly based on movable restorations. With the popularity of implant restorations, implant movable and fixed restorations have gradually increased the range of options for patients, but many patients are unwilling to accept movable prostheses, while full-mouth fixed restorations often exceed the affordability of patients because of the need to implant more implants, and with tooth loss, the alveolar bone condition decreases, which often limits the implant placement.    Since NOBEL introduced the All-on-4 technology, a lot of basic trials have been carried out abroad, and the clinical application has been more than ten years. 2 implants were placed in the posterior region at an angle to avoid the inferior alveolar nerve canal and to shorten the cantilever in the posterior region; 2 implants were placed in the anterior teeth at a normal angle, and 4 implants were immediately placed together to support a temporary full arch denture, which achieved good results, according to the literature. The success rate was reported to be 92.2%-100%.
