Hepatitis B Treatment Precautions

Hepatitis (scientific name: Hepatitis) is an inflammatory disease of the liver. Hepatitis has different causes, the most common being caused by viruses, in addition to autoimmune causes. Alcohol abuse can also cause hepatitis. There are acute and chronic hepatitis. Hepatitis caused by viruses is divided into six types of viral hepatitis according to their virus series: hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, hepatitis D, hepatitis E and hepatitis G. Early symptoms and manifestations of hepatitis, such as: loss of appetite, poor digestion, bloating after eating, no hunger; aversion to eating greasy food, etc.       There is no effective preventive measure for hepatitis, early detection and diagnosis is the key to prevention and treatment of this disease. Fatty liver is an important cause of hepatitis, which has increased significantly in recent years, and often coexists with obesity and diabetes. To stay away from fatty liver, one should start by regulating the diet. A fat-controlled diet is certainly a necessity. Prevention of fatty liver also promotes exercise, which can burn off excess fat in the body. Hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver and the most common cause is a viral infection. Viral hepatitis is divided into types A, B, C, D and E. Although there are different types of viruses, they are all enough to pose a serious risk to people, with hepatitis B and C leading to cirrhosis and liver cancer, causing a serious global burden of disease. For the first time, the World Health Assembly has adopted a resolution on viral hepatitis that examines the current state of the disease and calls on WHO to develop a comprehensive strategy with time-bound targets to strengthen disease surveillance, improve prevention, expand screening and treatment for those infected, and provide practical help to developing countries. Approximately 2 billion people worldwide are infected with the hepatitis B virus, of whom more than 350 million are chronically infected, and between 500,000 and 700,000 die from hepatitis B virus infection each year. Approximately 130 to 170 million people are chronically infected with hepatitis C virus, and an estimated 350,000 people die each year from hepatitis C-related liver disease. Hepatitis B is a common infectious liver disease with generalized weakness, loss of appetite, abdominal pain and diarrhea, and vomiting as the main premonitory symptoms. Most patients with hepatitis B are not completely cured after the onset of the disease, resulting in prolonged illness and worsening symptoms. So how to carry out reasonable treatment of hepatitis B? The following are some considerations for hepatitis B treatment, so that readers can increase their understanding of hepatitis B treatment. At present, most liver hospitals have reached a consensus on the treatment of hepatitis B. We hope to wake up more hepatitis B patients to prevent them from going down the lost path of treatment. The treatment of hepatitis B needs to pay attention to the following main items: a. About 1/2 of the patients hope to cure hepatitis B hepatitis B patients are not clear about the goal of treatment, the survey shows that there are still 53.5% of patients hope to completely cure hepatitis B through treatment. There are also many patients whose perception of cure is that all five items of hepatitis B virus have turned negative, and 50.1% of patients think that the goal of treatment is only normal liver function. In fact, what patients really need is hepatitis B virus DNA suppression and seroconversion of e antigen. Among hepatitis B patients in China, e antigen-positive patients account for the majority. For this group of patients, the most realistic treatment goal is to achieve the “double standard” of DNA negativity and e antigen seroconversion. Less than 1/4 of patients know the correct answer to this question. Most patients do not have a strong belief in hepatitis B treatment, and nearly 25% of patients receiving hepatitis B treatment can only be treated for one year. When the course of treatment exceeds the expectations of hepatitis B patients, 10.8% of them will ask their doctor to change their treatment plan or seek help from other doctors. This “eagerness to get help” has a serious impact on adherence to treatment. Of the hepatitis B patients receiving antiviral therapy, 63.2% had interrupted treatment on their own, and only 50% were aware that hepatitis B treatment cannot be stopped at will. Because of poor compliance, the efficacy of treatment is also poor. This shows that our residents need to increase education to make hepatitis B patients understand the disease and improve compliance. The treatment of hepatitis B must be comprehensive and not overly dependent on a single therapy. 47% of hepatitis B patients know that the most critical treatment for hepatitis B patients is antiviral therapy, and nearly 10% of patients do not know it at all. 20% of hepatitis B patients think that the most critical treatment is liver protection and enzyme reduction, and 20% of patients think it is immunomodulation. In fact, the treatment of hepatitis B must be carried out in a comprehensive manner to achieve the best results. In order to significantly reduce the occurrence of cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma, increase the survival rate and improve the quality of life, it is necessary to treat psychologically, physically and in life. The Chinese medicine treatment for hepatitis B is a lot of liver protection, the treatment plan is different from the western medicine, western medicine is according to the procedural medicine, Chinese medicine is through dialectical thinking to treat. Most of the Chinese herbal medicine or herbal remedies are based on treating the symptoms (liver protection), which can also achieve the goal of treatment. The initial stage is to achieve normal transaminases, but now the goal to pursue has been higher, we hope it HBV-DNA can turn negative, so that the e antigen serology conversion. Of course, we can’t rule out the possibility of e antigen serology conversion after taking Chinese medicine, we have to look at the odds and set a strict scientific control. Do not believe that some people’s ancestral secret recipes, rapid conversion, Chinese medicine for hepatitis B is indeed effective, is a long-term process, but boasts of rapid effect is questionable, the vast majority of people are fraudulent. The only one that has been done is tirofloxacin, which is safe in animals. Six, hepatitis B cirrhosis patients taking long-term antiviral drugs have doubts is medicine three points of poison, many people think that long-term eating antiviral drugs is a dangerous burden in itself, in fact, do not look at it this way. When it comes to cirrhosis, taking tibivudine will be very good at stopping it from continuing to develop and preventing liver cancer from occurring. Even if you take it for more than 10 years, it will get better and better, and by that time the surface antigen will be negative, the surface antibody will be out, and if you go for liver examination, it will be much better than before. The best drug is actually the one that is right for you. Therefore, there are many things that need to be taken into account in the treatment of hepatitis B patients, but as long as the treatment plan is implemented rationally, it can have a very good effect. Patients with hepatitis B must have a good understanding of the disease in order to be able to fully integrate into the treatment. When it comes to treatment, one must not be blind, but go to an authoritative hospital to consult various conditions in order to take a reasonable treatment plan.
