Baby eczema can be treated with topical application of Furfuryl. Furfuryl is a shock agent and can be applied to the surface of the baby’s skin by shaking it well with a balanced force before each use. Eczema is an allergic problem and the rash can manifest itself as erythema, papules, small blisters, papules and oozing eruptions. If the rash is only erythematous papules and small blisters, you can apply topical zinc oxide and hydrocortisone 1:1 mixture on the skin surface 1-2 times a day. If there is water and vesicles, it is recommended to apply a cold compress with furacilin solution or rehabilitating new solution, wetting 6-8 layers of sterile gauze so as not to wring out water, and apply wet compress twice a day for 5-10 minutes each time, and then apply zinc oxide and hydrocortisone 1:1 topically when the water and exudation improve.
