Due to convenient transportation and developed information, more and more patients are choosing doctors to see nationwide, wanting to ask questions about their condition and find the best treatment and prevention plan. Here are some common problems I encountered in outpatient clinics to give the majority of patients a reminder: Please first choose the doctor you want to see from the website (the official website of the hospital you plan to visit or a real name registration site such as) to find out when he/she will be available to see you. You can also make an appointment in advance or book an additional appointment to save waiting time and costs. When you arrive at the hospital, go directly to the window to register, or if you don’t have one, go to the doctor’s office first and explain your situation to see if you can get an extra number. Be sure to bring all your test results and medical records with you so that the doctor can have a comprehensive, quick and accurate understanding of your condition. Even if the results are negative, or if the doctor previously said it was nothing serious, if you can’t tell yourself, bring these test results with you. Be sure to remember all medications and doses used now. Older patients can write down their medications and the problems they want to solve on paper, or bring the medication instructions/boxes with them so that the doctor can easily understand your medication regimen and adjust it easily. Be safe and follow the order of your doctor’s visit.
