What are ovarian bubbles?

Ovarian follicles refer to follicles or cystic structures in the ovaries. Normal ovulation, ovarian cysts, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc. are mostly considered. 1. Normal ovulation: when a woman is ovulating, a mature dominant follicle will be discharged, and ultrasound examination will reveal that there is a liquid dark area or follicle on the ovary, which is a normal physiological phenomenon and does not require special treatment. 2. Ovarian cysts: Ovarian cysts are cystic structures formed in or on the surface of the ovary, which are more common physiological cysts, which may be the result of unruptured follicles, leading to the formation of cysts formed by the retention of follicular fluid, or hormonal disorders, which can cause luteal cysts to form when the luteal corpus lumen contains more fluid or there is hemorrhage in the luteal vasculature, and luteal cysts appear. 3. Polycystic ovary syndrome: this is a kind of endocrine metabolic disease, in the ultrasound examination will be found on one side or both sides of the ovary, there are 2~9mm follicles greater than or equal to 12, non-echoic area, around the edge of the ovary, in a wheel-shaped arrangement. The presence of follicles or cystic structures in the ovaries is the result of the ultrasound report card, and it is necessary for the specialized physician to speculate whether the ovaries are currently in the follicular phase or ovulation phase according to the menstrual cycle, in order to rule out abnormalities as early as possible and to find out the problems and deal with them in a timely manner.
