What happens when varicocele heals on its own?

For relatively mild varicocele, it is perfectly possible to recover on its own without treatment. Varicocele is a clinical condition caused by a lesion in the vasculature of the spermatic vein, which causes a backflow of blood. The onset of varicocele has certain triggers, such as prolonged standing, strenuous running and jumping activities, as well as lifting heavy objects and other actions that increase abdominal pressure, which can cause the aggravation of varicocele. For early and mild varicocele, the damage to the spermatic vein is not very serious, and if the patient can avoid the various actions that cause increased abdominal pressure and wear triangular underwear to prevent the scrotum from sagging, the varicocele can be completely recovered. However, for moderate and severe varicocele, only through the above mentioned prevention, it cannot be cured and surgical treatment is needed.
