If the patient has symptoms of dehydration or water-electrolyte imbalance, saline plus potassium chloride plus adenosine triphosphate can be given intravenously to rehydrate the patient and correct the water-electrolyte imbalance. If vomiting occurs, the patient can be given gastrofacial antiemetic treatment. If fever develops and the body temperature exceeds 38.5°C, antipyretic drugs can be given, commonly lysergic acid. If the patient has high fever, convulsions and other serious symptoms, the patient should be immediately given sedative and antispasmodic treatment, commonly used drugs can be intravenous push diazepam. Patients with coma can be given a wake-up treatment, which can be applied to naloxone or brain-awakening sedative.
