Mid-term induction of labor: for those who are 14 to 18 weeks pregnant, first douche the vagina once a day for 3 days. Then inject 50ml of this product solution into the uterine cavity through the catheter (take 10ml of 1% injection of this product plus 40ml of water for injection) and remove the catheter when it is kept for 24 hours. For 18-24 weeks of pregnancy, inject 1% solution of this product into the amniotic cavity from the lower abdominal wall in an amount not exceeding 100mg each time. Precautions 1. The dosage of this product should be controlled when it is used to induce labor, and too large an injection (e.g. more than 1g) may cause renal impairment or even death. 2, the main complication is more bleeding. In order to reduce bleeding, it is generally appropriate to use it for induction of labor at 16-24 weeks of gestation. 3.The use period of the injection is tentatively set at 3-6 months. Levanol for injection should be temporarily prepared before injection, dissolved in water for injection, not in isotonic saline as solvent, and not in combination with solutions containing chloride or alkaline solutions to avoid precipitation. 4, heart, liver and kidney disease patients are prohibited. 5, renal dysfunction and hematuria should not be used to flush the cavity. 6. This product should not be dissolved in saline. It is easy to precipitate when mixed with alkali and sulfur solution, and allergic reaction has been reported.
