Pathologic staging of colon cancer pT2N0M0 belongs to stage I, which is early colon cancer with good prognosis for active treatment. Pathological staging of colon cancer is based on the pathological findings after resection and biopsy of the mass. T refers to the situation of the primary lesion; T2 refers to the tumor invading the intrinsic muscular layer of the intestinal wall, but does not penetrate the muscular layer to reach the subplasma membrane or the paracolic tissues of the colon; N0 refers to the absence of lymph node metastasis; M0 refers to the absence of distant metastasis. pT2N0M0 belongs to stage I colon cancer, the depth of infiltration of the lesion is not big, and there is no regional lymph node and distant metastasis, which belongs to the early stage of colon cancer. Generally speaking, the prognosis is better after comprehensive treatment such as radical surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and the survival rate of 5 years can be up to 90%.
