Ectopic pregnancy is a common and dangerous gynecological condition that often presents with menorrhagia, vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain, with severe abdominal pain in the ruptured form. Ectopic pregnancy is a type of abnormal pregnancy, so menopause can occur just like normal pregnancy. In addition to menopause, there is often irregular vaginal bleeding, the amount of vaginal bleeding varies from person to person, and there is often severe abdominal pain. Usually, when an ectopic pregnancy ruptures and bleeds inside the abdominal cavity, many women experience severe abdominal pain like a tearing in the lower abdomen, and many women experience fainting, and some faint at home and are sent to the hospital. If an ectopic pregnancy ruptures and there is intra-abdominal bleeding, non-coagulated blood can be extracted during posterior vaginal vault aspiration, there is no gestational sac in the uterine cavity during gynecological ultrasound and mixed echogenicity can be seen in the adnexal area. In conclusion, the manifestations of ectopic pregnancy are mainly menopause, vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain or syncope and hemorrhagic shock. For women who are pregnant and have not had an ultrasound to determine intrauterine pregnancy, they must be alert to the possibility of ectopic pregnancy because this disease is dangerous and can endanger women’s lives.
