How many teeth are normal

There are 20 normal milk teeth and 28 to 32 normal permanent teeth.
1. Milk teeth are the first set of teeth that erupt in human beings, there are 20 teeth in total, 10 in each of the upper and lower jaws. The first milk tooth erupts at about 6 months of age, and at about 2.5 years of age, 20 milk teeth have erupted. These are the mesial incisors, lateral incisors, cuspids, first molar, and second molar.
2. Permanent teeth are the second set of teeth that erupt in human beings. The first molar of the permanent teeth grows out first around the age of six in human beings, and comes out around the age of 14. If there is no wisdom teeth, all the permanent teeth come out a total of 28, 14 each in the upper and lower jaws; for wisdom teeth, some people do not grow, some people grow 4, 0 to 4 are normal. So the number of permanent teeth in 28 to 32 are normal.
