The phenomenon of back pain, nausea and vomiting in female patients is clinically common in the following two diseases: 1. It is seen in acute cholecystitis secondary to gallbladder stones, with pain and discomfort in the right upper abdomen, accompanied by radiating pain in the lower back, accompanied by nausea, vomiting and other gastrointestinal symptoms, and even chills, fever and jaundice in severe cases, and usually requires further hepatobiliary ultrasound examination to clarify the diagnosis. After the diagnosis is clear, conservative anti-inflammatory treatment is given, and if necessary, even emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment is required. 2. Acute pancreatitis and biliary pancreatitis caused by overeating or eating fatty foods usually present with pain and discomfort in the lower back, accompanied by nausea, vomiting and other digestive symptoms, and further CT examinations of the abdomen, liver, gallbladder, pancreas and spleen, as well as blood amylase tests are needed to clarify the diagnosis. The majority of treatment is conservative, that is, anti-inflammatory, rehydration, antispasmodic and acid suppression treatment.
