Why is it that the older you get, the more fake your eyelids look?

I’ve actually talked about this topic before. But some of these messages asked me some pointed questions about why brow lifts and double eyelids should be done together, and whether you do this for how much money and so on, and I felt the need to bring this up for discussion again. As we age, the eyelids must gradually narrow. When you are young, you have big eyes, double eyelids, and flickering hairy eyes, and you feel very beautiful, but when this kind of beauty gets older, when you are around 40 to 50 years old, your eyelids become looser and looser, and there are very many cases of triangular eyes. The reason for this is because the skin of the candidate is relatively thin, the overall eyebrow downward, the skin is easy to relax, the eyebrow downward aggravate the overall relaxation of the eyes, after a long time, if not corrected, will form the shape of the triangle eye. However, if a person with swollen eyes and mono eyelids, or a person with narrow double eyelids, grows older because her skin is relatively thick, unlike a person with thin skin, which tends to relax easily. So even when she gets older, her eyes don’t change much. Although there is some decline in the forehead and eyebrows and some laxity in the eyes, there is very little laxity in this part of the upper eyelid. I always say in my consultations that God is fair, you were not beautiful when you were young, but now you are beautiful when you are old. When you were young, you were the center of attention, and your hairy eyes twinkled, but now you’ve been given a handicap, and God has treated you the same. Why is it that when you get older, double eyelids sometimes need to be done along with a brow lift. Because there is a blepharoplasty in the skin of the double eyelid, after the relationship between the muscle of lifting the eyes and the skin, the double eyelid is formed by pulling upwards, the thinner the skin, the more natural the double eyelid is, and the swollen eyes and the thicker the skin, the double eyelid does not look good anyhow. Why do young people look better with double eyelids? Because his skin is thin, even if the skin is a little loose, as long as the skin is removed within three millimeters, it will be very beautiful. But if the head is thicker, more than three millimeters, then the folding of the double eyelids will not look good. Our eyelids are getting thicker from the eyelashes upward, and the skin underneath is thinner. If the eyelids are made wide, or if more skin is removed, the operation must be unnatural. Just like the difference between the folds of a single dress, and the folds of a duvet, the difference must be huge, and the reasoning is the same. Therefore, when you are older, it is not recommended to simply do double eyelids, if you want to completely solve the sagging of the upper eyelid, there must be a lot of skin removed, and when you fold it over after doing it, it is very thick, and it must not be natural. If this is the case, an incision can be made under the eyebrow, which usually solves part of the laxity of the upper eyelid, usually about 8 millimeters, at most one centimeter, and if it is too wide, the upper eyelid will be folded over, so it must be appropriate. If after doing this, it is still slightly underdone. You can do some submerging of the eyelid, widen it a little bit, or do an incision to remove a little bit of skin, not more than 3 millimeters, which is also more natural. Therefore, for the flaccid more obvious candidates, simply choose a double eyelid or brow lift a surgery, the postoperative effect is usually not satisfactory, the two surgeries are a combination of two, is a comparison of the choice, postoperative satisfaction is often higher, and not to charge more money.
