Do you have lymph nodes on your inner thighs?

There are scattered lymph nodes on the inner thighs, especially in the groin near the root of the thigh. Some thin people with weak subcutaneous fat may touch their lymph nodes by pressing on the groin when they are lying down, and they are usually not inflamed. Normal lymph nodes are soft and granular with no tenderness. However, if you feel a localized lymph node that is swollen and painful, it may be a sign of an infection elsewhere in the body. There may be inflammation elsewhere in the body, most commonly bacterial infection of the soft tissues near the inner thighs, or even the calves and feet. For example, Danxo in the calf or onychomycosis or tinea pedis in the foot combined with bacterial infection may spread through the lymphatic or bloodstream, affecting the lymph nodes at the root of the inner thigh, causing it to be swollen and painful.
