1.Jumping numbers
Training objectives.
To enhance body balance and sense of gravity.
Training requirements.
Cut out large numbers of words 1-10 or 1-20 with non-sticky adhesive and paste them onto the round non-sticky adhesive, on the floor, let the child cross from one number to another, to cross to the circle as the winner.
Difficulty settings.
(1) If the child does not yet know the numbers, stick different colored numbers and then have the child jump by color.
(2) Let the child jump according to the designated numbers or jump by odd or even numbers.
(3) You can play a two-player game and create various ways to play to finally reach the finish line as the winner.
Help giving.
(1) If the child is immature in jumping skills, hold his or her hands at the beginning or hold the child’s armpits to help him or her jump.
(2) If the child does not know or follow the rules of the game, give physical or verbal hints at any time.
2.Bowling (3-5)
Training Objective.
Develop hand-eye coordination
Training requirements.
Place the children’s bowling ball at a distance of about 1 meter and let the children hit the ball with a large black ball.
Difficulty settings.
(1) The distance can be very close at the beginning in order to allow children to hit easily and have a sense of achievement.
(2) Ask children to hit the balls at the distance required by the training.
(3) Place the balls on the floor one by one for the child to hit, starting with a closer distance and passing 3 out of 5 hits.
Help with giving.
(1) Give the child plenty of physical assistance at the beginning until the child grasps the essentials.
(2) Remind, correct, and show the child how to do this at all times with each increase in difficulty.
