Stomach pain and vomiting are not necessarily stomach cancer, but the possibility of stomach cancer cannot be excluded. Some diseases can cause stomach pain and vomiting, mostly seen in gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric mucous membrane damage caused by taking NSAID drugs, excessive alcohol consumption, sometimes also related to eating too much, too greasy, eating too fast, getting cold, etc. Very few patients are caused by heart disease and endocrine disease. Patients with gastric cancer will also experience stomach pain, nausea and vomiting, and the pain will be continuously aggravated, often accompanied by loss of appetite, emaciation, black stool, and even malignant disease. If occasional stomach pain and vomiting are not considered as stomach cancer, it is recommended that people who are over 40 years old and have a history of stomach diseases or family history of digestive tract tumors, along with stomach pain and vomiting should be highly alert and go to hospital for relevant examination in time.
