Wei Ling Xian is pungent, salty and warm in nature; it belongs to the bladder meridian. Wei Ling Xian is mainly used for the treatment of bone carp throat, bruises and injuries, headache, toothache, stomach and epigastric pain, and phlegm (water metabolism disorders of the formation of pathological products), women’s impediments (women with lumps in the lower abdomen) accumulation of lumps, breast lumps and so on.

Wei Ling Xian can be used together with Qiang Wu, Fang Ji and Chuan Xiong.
