Osteoarthritis of the knee joint II

The patient has been suffering from right knee pain for more than 7 years and has been treated with conservative treatment, intra-articular sodium glacial injection and arthroscopic surgery, all without significant results. Pre-operative X-ray showed osteoarthritis of the right knee with a slightly narrowed medial joint space and patellofemoral arthritis. One week after surgery, he could walk on the ground with the help of crutches, and his pain symptoms were relieved. Intraoperatively, this patient was seen to have severe cartilage destruction on the weight-bearing surface of the joint and worm-like changes, so the patient had no significant effect in non-operative treatment.
