How can tachycardia be treated to cure it?

Patient: Description of condition (onset, main symptoms, hospital visited, etc.): I am 13 years old and have had 3 attacks, one per year. My heart rate was 180-210/min at the time of each attack. After treatment, there is no progress, and it happens once a year as usual. I hope that the doctor can help me, how to get rid of this situation? Pay attention to the following aspects: 1. Do ECG immediately when the panic attack occurs, and pay attention to whether there is any impairment of consciousness, chest pain, shortness of breath, lowering of blood pressure, etc., and whether the heart rhythm is regular during the attack and how long it lasts. According to the electrocardiogram during the attack and the electrocardiogram when the attack does not occur, understand your basic heart rhythm and the type of arrhythmia, such as the presence of pre-excitation syndrome. Perform a cardiac ultrasound to rule out any structural abnormalities of the heart. 2. According to your heart rate of 180-210 beats/min, supraventricular tachycardia is more likely. If you have frequent episodes, it is recommended that you be hospitalized during your vacation for cardiac electrophysiological examination to clarify the mechanism, and some patients can be cured by performing radiofrequency ablation. 3. In case of unclear diagnosis, drug therapy is not recommended.
